We just sold our house in Forest Hill with Jack, and it could not have gone better. From start to finish, his execution was flawless. His pricing advice was perfect, his communication was constant, and his passion for doing things properly really shone through. He is leagues above other agents whom we spoke to. Before calling Jack, we had had a torrid time partnering with a big nationwide agency - supposedly one of the best in the UK. They bounced us around 4 different agents in the local office, before leaving our sale in the hands of the most junior team member who was out of his depth. In desperation, I googled Jack having met him 5 years prior on a Crofton Park sale, to see if he was still in the area/industry. Within 24 hours, he came over and talked through his strategy. It was instantly refreshing, and he went on to secure the perfect sale for us. Once an offer was accepted, his colleague Joss was great at getting it all over the line with the solicitors on both sides. They are stellar communicators. I can’t recommend Jack highly enough. We hope his career keeps going from strength to strength.

We have recently exchanged on our property which we sold through Jack after seeing all the great reviews. I’m so glad we decided to go through him and not a high street agent, he really knows his stuff and was a pleasure to deal with. Our sale had several ups and downs but Jack kept us updated throughout without us having to chase him which we really appreciated. Joss was also lovely to deal with and made sure we knew what stage we were at as the sale process moved along. Overall we would definitely recommend Jack and his team, having dealt with other agents before they were a breath of fresh air and took a lot of the stress out of moving home.

We went with Jack after seeing a number of his boards up in our area which all seemed to have sold compared to other main high street brands who hadn't. Going through a sale with Jack it's clear as to why, he is always reachable at any hour of the day and has made the whole process of selling our property run as smooth as possible.
