Jack has been selling homes for over a decade, he started his career in Warlingham at Park & Bailey and shortly after went to work in the busy, Zone 2, London market for the well known Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward where he worked his way up the corporate ladder to become a branch director, Jack left KFH in June 2022 to start his own adventure.
He keeps the ship running and has dedicated his life to being a top tier estate agent!
Toni is Jacks other half, she has a strong background in property admin and property management, she also worked at Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward for a number of years before joining the JTP team in January 2024.
She is the glue to the business, loves her dogs and is a fantastic mother.
Without Kerry our customer experience would not be the level it is, her constant chasing whilst holding buyers and sellers hands from start to finish is the reason this business is able to run like clockwork, we are lucky to have her.
Amy has been in the industry since 2020 and made a name for herself in the local area working for Paul Meakin, she joined the JTP team in March 2025 and has been a vital part of the team whist building her own personal brand on social media.
Ambers work ethic, drive to succeed, communication skills and understanding of the modern world is why she joined the team from another local agency, she has ample knowledge of the areas we cover, grew up in Sanderstead, went to local schools and has been another fantastic edition to our squad!
